Pasta

Pasta is something that many athletes eat to carbo load. There are so many  different types of pasta, and many different recipes, all which can be found on a cooking blog, or many other websites. Pasta can be extremely unhealthy depending on what you add, but i can always find a way to make pasta with vegetables and herbs, without adding too many fattening sauces and cheeses. I love to cook, and pasta may be one of the easiest foods to make, requiring very little effort.
